Include your deposit to hold.  Deposits should be by Cashier's Check or Money Orders only, made payable to Mark Schear.  Deposit to hold puppies is $100.00 and is non-refundable.  For puppy prices, fill out the Contact Us form and we will call you with current prices.

             Congratulations on the purchase of your new purebred puppy!  With your love, caring, and patience, your puppy will be a special part of your family for many joyful years to come!

               Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale, which has also been confirmed by our veterinarian through your puppy's health certificate.  Your puppy is up to date on all shots and wormings at the time of sale which includes, but not limited to, distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, parainfluenza, adenovirus, coronavirus, and bordatella.  We do not give our dogs leptospirosis until they are at least 1 year of age because puppies can be allergic to it.  A rabies shot is also given if your pet will be leaving us on or after 14 weeks of age.

               We guarantee our pups for two weeks from contagious disease, and one year from Congenital hereditary or genetic defects from your date of purchase.  If there is anything wrong with your puppy, we must be notified immediately and the proper course of action will be taken.  If there is something seriously wrong with your puppy, you have the right to exchange your puppy for another one of equal value, and of your choice when a pup is available, providing a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy's illness and the pup is returned within the guarantee period, unless you would rather keep your pup and make an agreeable arrangement through us.  As the new owner of said puppy, you are advised to have the veterinarian of your choice examine the pup as soon as possible to ensure your pup's health is what you expect.

               Here at Darling Dachshunds we believe in standing behind our little ones throughout their entire lives.  By signing this contract, you agree to all of the above and following:

1)  You agree to love and nurture your pup throughout his/her entire life.

2)  You agree to meet all health, safety, and veterinary requirements involved with responsible dog ownership.

3)  If at anytime you find that you can no longer care for or keep the pup, we must be notified right away, and said pup will be returned to me, or a suitable home must be agreed upon.

4)  If this pup is being sold as a "pet only", you must spay/neuter your pup and provide the proper documentation from your vet including his/her office address and phone number before we will send you his or her AKC registration papers.

WHAT'S NEXT?

               So, you've been chosen for one of our pups!?  What should you expect and what are the next steps?

               First you will be asked to choose which pup you want or we will ask you if a certain pup we have available fits your criteria.

               After you have decided on said pup, you will be asked to send a non-refundable $100.00 deposit to remove your puppy from the "for sale" market.

               At this point, you will receive progress reports by e-mail on your pup which will include pictures.

               Your pup will have all his/her shots, preventive wormings, and physicals done up to date.

               Your pup will leave our home with vet records and receipts, vaccination records, our contract including his/her health guarantee, and his/her AKC registration papers (if received timely by AKC).

               ALL PUPS ARE SOLD ON A SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENTS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED!

               When puppy is ready to be picked up/shipped, balance of money owed is due by cash or cashier's check made payable to Mark Schear.  Shipping fees must also be paid in advance (see Shipping Info).
